For example, she came for a quick visit before I left on vacation recently, because it had been awhile since Harper had seen her. Harper recognized her instantly, of course, and I offered to pay Diane for the visit, but she refused and said that she was happy to put my mind at ease. Frequently Asked Questions

These are some of the most common questions we get from our clients.

Absolutely not!  Many of our customers do prefer it for a few reasons.  1. Visit updates are sent as notifications to your phone.  It will ping you with all the info and pictures you would get normally in an email, but usually faster.  2. Everything is at your finger tips.  No longer do you have to wait till you get to your computer to schedule services, respond to updates or pay your bill.  Its all right there in the palm of your hand.

Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and search Time To Pet.  After downloading, sign in with the same username and password you use to schedule services.
The best way to get visit updates is to download the app and be sure you have your notifications turned on.  You will get a ping when your visit report card and pictures are available.
Most of our clients prefer to pay online or in the app with a credit card, debit card or ACH payment.  You can also pay by check.  Please put the check in a sealed envelope with Barkside Petsitting on the label at the start of services.  Please let us know before the start of services if this is the way you plan to pay.
If you are on your phone, press and hold on the picture.  You should get a pop up that asks if you’d like to save or download the picture.  On your computer, right click on the picture for a similar set of options.  If you’re still having problems, let us know and we may be able to email them to you.
If you are scheduling last minute put in the request for the visits online.  Then please also send us a message in the system.  Messages in the conversation feed are typically the fastest way we will see you need help.  If you need a last minute change to your schedule, submit a schedule change request then message us in the conversation feed as above.
